We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Returns for sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products are not accepted for change-of-mind purposes due to the risk of tampering, opening, or resealing.
Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded for change-of-mind purposes once the order has been confirmed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our Returns Policy.
Price differences may apply where an exchange is made for a higher-value product.

Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind matters, but this does not affect any rights a customer may have where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
